RETURN & REFUND POLICY
These terms and conditions (“Policy”) govern the return, refund, and exchange of products purchased from Vaadi by Liza. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must refrain from making a purchase.
1. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Free Shipping
All domestic orders within India are shipped free of charge. -
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within three (3) business days. In the event of any delay, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.
- Vaadi by Liza shall not be held liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or logistical challenges.

Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery dates may vary depending on the courier partner and the destination.
- Should you require delivery by a specific date, you must notify us in advance so we can attempt to accommodate your request.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address (including PIN code). Vaadi by Liza disclaims liability for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate address details.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free Shipping Threshold
For international orders, free shipping applies to orders valued above INR 40,000 (exclusions may apply for sale or discounted items). -
Delivery Timeline
- International shipments typically arrive within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days. However, actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, and other factors beyond our control.
- Vaadi by Liza disclaims liability for any shipment delays caused by customs processes, import restrictions, or other governmental actions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All duties, taxes, and applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Such charges must be fulfilled to release your shipment from customs.
- Vaadi by Liza shall not be responsible for any costs, losses, or delays arising from the payment (or non-payment) of such fees.

No Returns or Exchanges
- International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify Vaadi by Liza within three (3) days from the date of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
- You shall bear the initial shipping cost for returning the item. If the item is found to be defective after inspection, Vaadi by Liza will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

- Vaadi by Liza reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned product does not meet our criteria or if the request is made outside the three-day window.
4. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

- Vaadi by Liza reserves the right to accept or reject any order, at its sole discretion, without providing any reason.
- Once an order is placed, it is deemed final, and no modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted except as expressly stated in this Policy.

Special or Made-to-Order Items
- Many of our products are specially made for each order. Consequently, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Refunds or exchanges for such items will not be issued unless they qualify under the Exchange Policy for damaged or defective items.
5. REFUNDS

- Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Vaadi by Liza. We will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exclusions
- No refunds will be provided for orders that are not defective, damaged, or mistakenly fulfilled by Vaadi by Liza.
- International orders are not eligible for refunds.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaadi by Liza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its products or shipping services.
- Under no circumstances will Vaadi by Liza’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- This Policy and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes or claims shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
